OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Everyone’s time is so precious these days.
We want to give you available time so you can book in and feel much better.

Therefore, ‘Your time is our time’ so all same day cancellations and NO SHOWS will result in a $60 cancellation fee.

24HRS NOTICE IS REQUIRED IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

A ‘CONFIRMATION TEXT MESSAGE’ will be sent the day before.

If you book in on the same day and you cancel the same day, a $60 same day cancellation fee will apply. No further appointments will be booked in until the amount has been paid, no exceptions.
